Every MELA project follows a thoughtful, structured process designed to feel clear, collaborative, and unrushed. While every brand is different, the timeline below offers a general idea of what to expect when we work together.
Most projects take 3–6 weeks from start to finish, depending on scope and responsiveness.
Week 1
We begin by laying the foundation.
This phase is about understanding your brand, your goals, and how you want your website to feel. You’ll complete a short intake form and share any existing assets, inspiration, or ideas. From there, I map out the overall structure, flow, and direction for your site.
This ensures every design decision moving forward is intentional and aligned.
Weeks 2–3
This is where your website starts to take shape.
I design the core pages of your site, focusing on layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual rhythm. You’ll receive a first design to review, and we’ll refine it together to ensure it feels right — calm, elevated, and true to your brand.
Feedback during this phase helps guide the final direction.
Weeks 3–5
Week 5–6
Before launch, we do a final walkthrough to ensure everything is aligned and ready.
Once approved, your site is prepared for launch and handed off with care. I’ll guide you through next steps so you feel confident moving forward with your new website.
This process works best when communication is thoughtful and timely. Prompt feedback helps keep projects moving smoothly and within the expected timeline.
